At AvowArt, we offer both physical wall art products and instant-download digital products. Because these product types differ in how they are delivered and handled, their refund conditions are also different.
Refunds for Digital Products
Digital products are not physical items and are delivered instantly via download link once your purchase is completed. As digital files cannot be returned or revoked after download, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us at contact@avowart.com and we will ensure you receive a fully working file as soon as possible.
Refunds for Physical Products
(The following terms apply to physical products only.)
At AvowArt, each piece of artwork is crafted with care, precision, and intention, made exclusively for you. Because our wall art and home decor prints are produced on demand, we do not hold stock or resell returned items. As such, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
Returns for Non-Damaged Items
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, since each item is individually made to order and cannot be resold, non-damaged returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued minus the 50% restocking fee once the returned item is received and inspected. Returns for the following reasons fall under this category:
- Change of mind
- Size or color preference
- Incompatibility with your space
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@avowart.com to receive the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender address without prior authorization, as return locations may vary depending on your region and product type. Please review all product details and images before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we’re happy to assist at contact@avowart.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items go through a thorough quality control process before shipping, and we work with world-class print partners to ensure excellence. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact@avowart.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged area and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the request and, if approved, issue a free replacement. No returns required. We do not offer refunds in these cases, only replacements.
Note: Slight variations in color, texture, or edge alignment are natural in print-on-demand fine art products and do not qualify as defects.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. AvowArt is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Failure to collect delivery
- Customs clearance issues outside our control
In such cases, we are unable to offer replacements or reshipments. A new order must be placed if you wish to receive the item again.
Cancellations
Orders are automatically routed to production shortly after placement. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is submitted. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately: we will do our best to assist if the item has not yet entered production.
