Welcome to AvowArt. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AvowArt website located at https://avowart.com (the “Site”) and any services, content, or features provided by SentinelVault International LLC, doing business as AvowArt (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site, placing an order, or interacting with any services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
Product Types – Physical and Digital
We offer both physical wall art products and instant-download digital products. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the terms regarding shipping, returns, restocking fees, delivery delays, and replacements apply only to physical products.
Digital products are delivered instantly by download link and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or shipping services.
If you encounter any technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive a working file.
1. Use of the Site
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:
- For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
- To violate any applicable international, federal, provincial, or local laws;
- To transmit any malicious software or harmful code;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to artwork, logos, product images, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of AvowArt or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
Digital Product License
Digital downloads purchased from AvowArt are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced, modified, published, or used commercially in any form without prior written permission. By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork solely for personal display (physical or digital).
3. Products and Orders
Each product is made-to-order and produced through our distributed production network. As a result:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-damaged items.
- Non-damaged returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee due to the custom-made nature of our products and the inability to resell returned items. (For details, see our Refund Policy.)
- Damaged or defective items qualify for a free replacement, not a refund. (See Section 5.)
We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for errors in order details caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- If your payment method fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- Prices shown on the Site do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Any sales tax, VAT, or duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and in some cases, manual bank transfers. All transactions are in the currency specified at checkout.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all AvowArt products are made-to-order, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Non-Damaged Returns
We accept returns for non-damaged items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products and the fact that returned items cannot be resold, all non-damaged returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds for approved non-damaged returns will be issued minus the 50% restocking fee after the item is received and inspected.
Returns for the following reasons fall under this category:
- Change of mind
- Size or color preference
- Incompatibility with your space
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items go through a thorough quality control process before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request a free replacement (not a refund).
You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage/defect and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items. Only replacements are provided.
Slight variations in color, texture, or edge alignment are normal in print-on-demand fine art products and do not constitute defects.
Final Notes
The following situations fall under non-damaged returns, which are accepted within 14 days and subject to a 50% restocking fee:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Subjective dissatisfaction
- Size or color preference
- Incompatibility with your space

6. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted regional production facilities to manufacture and ship orders. Delivery times vary based on destination, production queue, and shipping method.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- We are not liable for delays, loss, or returned shipments due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations
Orders are automatically processed immediately after placement. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is submitted, please contact us immediately if you believe a mistake was made.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentinelVault International LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill,
- Product misuse, delays in delivery, or minor imperfections.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SentinelVault International LLC, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
